Hi, I'm Owen Peterson!
Recently, I graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and a minor in Statistics. I began at the University of St. Thomas somewhat undecided, but knowing I wanted to end up in the ballpark of Computer/Data Science because of my passion for mathematics and problem-solving. Since then, my passion for Computer Science and Data Analysis has flourished with various Machine Learning and Software Development projects under my belt.
Outside of my academic studies, I've been actively engaging in volunteer work to serve my local communities, TAing to support student learning, and participating in student groups such as GAI Club and Rocket Team to meet new people and learn more about the vast applications of my studies.
In my day-to-day life, I enjoy different forms of storytelling such as listening to music, playing video games, and reading novels.
